    3 friends and stayed here 1/06 pre-cruise, and immediately cancelled our reservations for post-cruise and for a 3/06 cruise. The help was rude, The hotel rooms were filthy (leave the lights on at night, folks), and the yogurt for breakfast meal was left out in the corridor over 4 hours upon our arrival.

  • Poor Service - Had 3 rooms reserved,they had only 2 reserved. Checked in at 3pm. Did not get rooms till 6pm.They keep saying they would check on it, in addition no one did. . . .
  • Not returning - Stayed at this property several times, can say that it has really gone down hill. there's virtually no restaraunt open in the property for lunch or dinner. You have to eat outside at some tiki hut, op . . .
  • Pier 66 gone downhill - Not the old Pier 66, poor quality rooms, poor restaurants, landscaping. Overpriced poor value, will not be back, poor service. Left after first day of week long vacation. . . .
